The semi-structural fa&ccedil;ade with a corner connection is an advanced architectural solution found in modern residential buildings with innovative designs.
To realize this project, we used our proprietary technology &ndash; the steel consoles we designed are a key installation element of this modern structure.
In addition to the fa&ccedil;ade, we also installed a series of large-format window structures, which not only provide an abundance of natural light but also allow for enjoying the surrounding landscape from within the building.

Installation:
Toughened glass ESG//ESG//ESG in the largest glazing units, with laminated VSG glass used in the slanted part of the skylight window. The knee fa&ccedil;ade and structures on the southern side are equipped with selective coatings COMBI NEUTRAL 70/35, reducing room overheating.
All opening parts are equipped with contact sensors for the alarm system.
Vertical windows were installed within the wall using Illbruck SP925 on the inside, Soudal Soudatight Hybrid on the outside, PUR foam in the middle, EPDM at the bottom, and purenit base profiles throughout &ndash; standard.
The knee fa&ccedil;ade was installed using proprietary steel consoles designed by us, with sealing done using EPDM flashings on the exterior and vapor-tight membranes on the interior.
