We've been in the business of providing exceptional windows for homes and residences for over 12 years, and our experience in this field is unique and highly specialised. We employ highly qualified specialists including, amongst others, a structural designer with building license, so we can deliver even the most ambitious orders. We have our own design and production unit, which allows us to manufacture individually designed and &lsquo;out-of-catalogue&rsquo; products and assembly solutions. We have our installation teams with experience placing them among the undisputed leaders in Poland in terms of the number of correctly performed installations, including installations in the insulation layer. Together with MLTB, we have already carried out three assembly air tightness tests, confirming the highest level of competence and results of our work, and our experts' statements regularly appear in industry media. We love what we do and we are good at it.

Since 2012, NOVOBUDOWA has been uncompromisingly committed to quality. Quality is understood as the combination of unique designs with the highest technical craftsmanship, which guarantees the proper functioning of our products throughout their entire life cycle. We also understand quality as a partnership and reliable cooperation with investors and architects, in which qualities such as promptness, professionalism, and a high level of competence are not just highfalutin statements in an advertising brochure.

We are a company specialising in non-standard window joinery for single-family detached houses, villas, and residences. As a rule, we do not cater to investment themes or the mass market, nor do we have a wide range of complementary products like many companies in our industry. The main core of our business is large-format windows, thin-framed windows, aluminium and glass walls, and non-standard structures such as skylights and conservatories. We are a highly specialised, boutique manufactory with an offer for demanding investors and ambitious architects.

In 2022, we established a subsidiary company operating under the ALUMINOVO&trade; brand, where we design and manufacture aluminium windows ourselves, having full control over the entire process and the quality of the final products. Our technical capabilities and facilities allow us to offer solutions unavailable to most of our competitors. We have a reputation for being highly competent, reliable, and focused on combining design with technical attributes, and our portfolio of projects includes hundreds of buildings across the country.

Framer and creator of the NOVOBUDOWA brand, a man of many interests, a fulfilled husband and father. A talkative extrovert who is always on the move, most often in the direction of the mountains, if the weather permits skiing. In the company, he is responsible for the business part, sales, and marketing. A great supporter of P. Kotler's definition that describes marketing as a set of all things that influence the creation of value for clients. He loves optimising and improving processes, a fan of precise and concise interpersonal communication. Falls into anger at the assertion that something can't be done better than it already is.

Bartłomiej is the other - the technical, analytical, and calm part of the company. CTO, a man who can reproduce from memory the specific dimension of a window manufactured in 2019, a lover of attention to detail and technical detail. An advocate of an engineering approach to problem-solving, he is responsible within the company for technical, measuring, and ordering aspects. In some ways the complete opposite of Bartosz, patiently enduring his overactivity and complementing him brilliantly. As a newly minted dad, he spends every free moment with his family.
